If you want over 4GB of memory in a GPU you may want to look into Cross firing 7870s, or SLI 660 - 660ti, depending on your motherboard's compatibility.

Friendly note - change caps to lower case.

memory does not add in crossfire or SLI. 2 2GB cards is still 2GB. 79xx cards have 3GB and are reasonably priced.

OP: Titan has 6, there's a 7970 with 6 and a few expensive 4GB 670\680s.

Gaming card are not for CAD, nvidia 600s have poor compute performance. GPUs don't have DDR3. Workstation cards are not for gaming. I HIGHLY doubt you need 4GB. Almost NO ONE does. And it's no measure of performance.

And your CPU will bottleneck ALL the above GPUs. You'd be better of to state what you want to do with the card and what programs, than ask about a specific spec that doesn't affect performance and you don't really understand.

Please no caps. It's very hard to read and considered shouting
