laptop gone to boot manager

Can you access your Main Menu by pressing F2 when you Power On?
I can only guess that perhaps your Hard Drive has failed and your laptop goes straight to the boot menu. More likely that your BIOS is corrupt and you need to Flash the BIOS, but this should be done under the supervision of Acer Customer Care to make sure you choose the correct version.
