Abnormal Task Manager pc usage, keyboard keys not working except 5 and 6, frequent slowing down of pc

My laptop is ACER, Windows 7, 1.6 Ghz, Microsoft Essential
When I open notepad, date and time keeps typing automatically, I mean inserted many times like this (date/time date/time date/time date/time date/time date/time ... and so on.) It only stops when I press something.
When I look into the pc usage, it goes up and down, faster bar lines , abnormal, even I do not run programs...
What is this ? It's driving me insane, I don't know what to do here. :(

I'm going to venture three possiblities that stike me as likely. One, you have a stuck key on your keyboard somewhere. With the computer off, wipe across all keys a few times, see if any help there. If using an external keyboard, either try not using it or try another if available. Another possibility I'm thinking of may be heat and thermal throttling (but doesn't rightly explain the weird typing). You can run CoreTemp - free download here http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/ and see what temps it reports. Last, it could be a driver issue - that will be a bit tougher to isolate so see where you get with the first two. If needed we can get into the driver possibility...
