GTX 670 is much faster card and nearly as good as gtx 680
Almost all games in market can be run well with a 2GB card
The 3GB memory doesn't help performance, only gets used in 1600p or multi monitor.
Hence Get the GTX 670

If you do multi monitor gaming then AS I HAVE SAID 3GB or 4GB will be used.
Hence you can go for a 4GB GTX670 as you will be requiring GPU power aswell not just memory. Thanks

i will have 2 x 20" - 22" monitors + TV 40" connectd all time for movies.
so than what i should get ?
