Hi, I created a thread about my old computer (the ASUS Stealth Bomber G74SX) which laggs pretty bad for me right now due to unknown reasons. I couldn't figure out what was wrong, neither could the community. Anyways, I gave up on that now and I'm planning to get a new computer. So, what would be the best things to get? I have a budget of 1,000-1,300 USD for a gaming computer. Is it possible for me to play on atleast 120 FPS with medium settings with parts for that much?

So, can anyone help me here to decide which parts I should get for optimal gaming experience for my budget? Please leave computer part setups here.

3570k cpu
a decent mobo
8 gigs of ram
windows 7 or 8 64 bit

Those are a great basis to start and save as much of your budget as possible for t6he best possible gpu you can get.

I'd use that adjust things as you can afford it then post your link here to the build you are considering and every one can help you fine tune it.

Burritobob is everything compatible? And for example how many FPS would I be able to play on Bo2 medium settings for example? And why not NVIDIA instead of radeon and that graphics card, what would be the equivalent of it in the NVIDIA series? Just explain please, I do not know alot about parts.
(If anyone else knows the answers please post them as quickly as possible, I can't stand my computer right now)
