For processor i suggest an i5 3570k which costs around which costs around £181 and for the motherboard, i recommend a Z77 series which the GA-Z77X-UD3H costs around £130

No, i installed the one's which came with the cd.
You think, maybe i should try from the nvidia website.

Those are signs of a graphics card driver problem.

Did you download and clean install the latest GeForce Driver from NVIDIA's website? The latest is Version 314.22 - WHQL.

http://www.geforce.com/drivers

If that TECH-COM 450W power supply isn't able to supply at least 20 Amps continuous on its +12V rail and have at least one 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector then it doesn't even meet the system power supply requirement specified by NVIDIA.

The useless www.techcomuae.com website doesn't even provide any worthwhile specifications for their products.

Yes i have ,but did not work.
I think it is a psu problem becuz i found out tht my psu gives only 10A at +12V,whereas the graphics card requires 20A or more at +12V

Ah yes, 10a is not enough.

Corsair PSUs are good, a 500w would be fine for you if its a good psu.
