I don´t know what is your motherboard, but I think it will NOT support the G.Skill Kit you want to buy.

Just to make sure, please post your motherboard brand and model, so we can advise you properly.

your motherboards supports:
2 x240-pin DIMM, Max. 8 GB, DDR3 1333(O.C.)/1066/800 Non-ECC,Un-buffered Memory

That means you can add the G.Skill RAM, provided that:
- your already installed RAM is only 1 stick;
- you have x64 OS to handle more than 4GB of RAM (you already confirmed this);
- the DDR Dual-Channel will not be activated (can't be activated);
- the frequency at which new RAM will work is the frequency of your already installed RAM (400MHz x 2 = 800MHz); the reason is that speed is min. of the two sticks.
