Looking at building a HTPC/Server as a sort of all in one for HD and SD TV (Dual record PVR, EPG), Media Library, 3D BluerayGaming and anything else it can handle. I can't decide on what processor and video card combination to go for. This isn't a conventional HTPC build where I want the smallest quietest machine possible. I'll probably be putting the components into a full size case and while I want it to be quite this isn't my main concern. I
Could you please recommend a CPU and GPU or alternatively a combined CPU that can handle my requirements. I'm not looking for ultimate performance but something that can handle all of the above in its stride. My budget for the overall machine is around £1200 to give some indication.
