Right Im building a new pc and I dont know if the psu will be overkill so I am going to inlcude EVERYTHING like the leds and stuff just to make sure.

Cpu: AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE
CPU Cooler: Arctic Cooling Alpine Pro
Motherboard: ASROCK 970 Extreme3
RAM: Crucial BLT2CP4G3D1608DT2TXOBCEU Tracer 8GB Kit (4GBx2) 1600mhz
GPU: EVGA 660 SC Edition
HDD: Western Digital 500gb Caviar Blue
ODD: LiteOn 24x
PSU: Corsair CX750 Builder Series
Bitfenix Alchemy LED 120mm

If I could overclock a little it would be great but if it isnt possible, it aint a problem

Yeah, the psu would be overkill. But would future proof if you ever planned on Sli. If you do not plan on adding a second gpu. You would be fine with the CX500. XFX 550. Both good psu's for the money. The XFX 450 would also runt his system fine.
