I want to build a pc.
Wondering what processor should i buy?
I will use that pc more in gaming, but my budget is really little.
I'd really don't want to spend more than $250
And what kind of motherboard?

Now i have a AMD a8 4500m cpu, so i want a better cpu!
Thank you in advance!

So you want to build a gaming desktop with a $250 budget?

Nope.I would spend for a processor $250.
Is the 3350p a good pick? Or all 3000 series is good?
(sorry if these are dumbass questions.I don't know anything about CPU's)

Note that i don't want to buy all the parts in a day.
Maybe two years i will build it.

The 3350p is good of you dont plan on overclocking. Make sure the PSU is a good one(a poorly built PSU can destroy the entire system when it fails).

Save the money till you are ready to build the whole thing. Especially if its going to take 2 years.

If it's gonna take 2 years to build this thing youre better off waiting for parts to come out in the future tbh

In 2 years who knows, ask again in 2 years when you are ready to build. Its possible that even the parts you have now may not work with newer components.

I understand this but i want to choose the components now, and hope they will loose a fortune from their value!

Not a good idea, if you were buyng parts to build a system over a month or 2 its ok (in that case I would suggest waiting for haswells release), but 2 years I would highly suggest waiting.
