Low fps issues GW2

Hey Everyone,

When playing GW2 im having issues of fps dips from 60 to 25-35 when looking at certain areas of the world, this happens a lot and sometimes gets unplayable when doing dynamic quests with 5-10 others. All of my setting are on low. Now I know I don't have a great pc, but I should at least be able to run with steady fps on med at least.

fx-6100 3.3
gigabyte 970
600 wat corsair psu
amd7850
8 gb Kingston

Can anyone give me any input on how to make this better, or something I can try atleast.

Also planetside( I know its demanding game) I cant even play on lowest settings at all.

If it is a cpu bottle neck the 8350(passmark score of 9157) would help as it is much faster than the 6100(passmark score of 5410). And would be the least expensive option over replacing the motherboard and CPU for an Intel setup. But the game does run better on the Intel processors.

Currently im looking into clockin to 4.0 to see if that helps, but I have never oc'ed before and im a little terrified. ive seen plently of videos on this processor at 4.5 running stable so 4.0 shouldn't be to hard to accomplish

Ok, im going to attempt now, so jut changing the CPU multiplier is enough? no messing wih anything else? Also one more question, If I were to get the 8350 would I just be able to swap them being they are both am3+ or would I have to update bios, thanks for all your help, I will be back in about 10 mins to let you know how the oc went.
