gpu fan problem

one of the fans(of two) on my graphics card has stopped running which is causing my graphics card to overheat, and my pc to restart.

can anyone help?

specs:
-i7 920
-gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5
-6gb ram
-N580GTX Twin Frozr II/OC
-850w psu

Is it still under warranty? They make aftermarket coolers that will fit your card.

i was messing around and overclocked my gpu and now both fans seem to be spinning though the one that was working before keeps stopping and starting.

do you have any idea whats happening?

No clue but cant you set fan speed manually in the program you are using?
