You can upgrade to a corsair PSU for a few dollars more...it would be 500W instead of 600W...but that would still be plenty.

For the money on the i3, I would really recommend going to the FX6300 AMD, more cores is going to be better going down the road. I can't stress how underpowered the i3 will be in 1 year's time when more games that are designed like Crysis 3 and Planetside 2 and Bioshock Infinite are out...

If it's only for gaming, drop down to a Pentium, which is just the i3 without hyperthreading. (Meaning it'll perform exactly the same when gaming.)

That should let you be able to afford a more reliable power supply.

I would personally go with the 7850 at this price point, but that's just me.

For GPU, I would go HD 7850, and you picked a nice card...the Twin Frozr is a good choice.
