hi everybody, i need an expert opinion.

Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)

EVGA 02G-P4-2680-KR GeForce GTX 680 2GB OR
Radeon HD 7970

ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

CORSAIR CX600M 600W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE

Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler

Your motherboard is too expensive. A simple $110-130 motherboard like the ASRock Z77 Extreme4 or Asus P8Z77-V LK will overclock really good.
Grab the Radeon HD 7970 instead. The GTX680 is stupidly overpriced for its performance.
You might want low-profile ram since the Noctua NH-D14 is really big. Something like the the Corsair Vengeance. Another option is getting the Phanteks cpu cooler: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/phanteks-cpu-cooler-phtc14pebl It performs close to the Noctua while allowing for larger heatspreaders on the ram.

good tips but the phanteks cost more than the Noctua. and the Asus sabertooth motherboard, is considered the most durable and long lasting motherboard -up to 5 or more years. The SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition cost the same as evga gtx 680

Phanteks allows for high-profile ram.
The motherboards I listed above will last along time too and is very durable. The extra ~$80 is not justified in the Sabertooth.
What Sapphire 7970 ghz cost the same as the gtx680? Unless you're talking about the 6gb version which is overpriced, the 7970 is cheaper.
