Raid setup for multiple hdd's

I have 4 hdd's...
1)ssd for primary programs and OS
2) hdd for storage
3) hdd for storage
4) external hdd for storage that does not stay connected.

I am trying to set it up so when I save something on hdd2, it will save to hdd . Then, when I connect hdd4, it will back up hdd 3 to hdd4. Any ideas?

As a suggestion, you could use the disk manager to convert hard drives 2 and 3 into dynamic disks and run them as a mirrored pair (raid 1) and then manually run the windows backup utility when you connect hard drive 4.
