You're a little overkill for RAM there, you could save some money if you wanted to cut back from 32 GB RAM to 16 GB RAM, that will more than handle any gaming needs...
Also, are you planning to SLI the GTX690 with another card? Because if you're not, that 1200W PSU is WAY overkill...you could back off to something like an 800W and still have plenty of margin.
Shaving those 2 things down a bit would probably net you $200 to put toward a SSD, Samsung 840 pro series is a good one...I wouldn't go less than 128 GB on that...256 GB if you can afford it. That space will fill up faster than you think. You'll want to have your windows install setup on the SSD as well as your games.
Also, the GTX 690 is a high end card, you'll do anything you want with it...you may also want to look at the HD 7990 that is about to come out...(The powercolor version is great but draws too much power)...it should blow the doors off of anything out there and cost similar money. Not saying you chose a bad card, because you didn't, GTX 690 is solid...just mentioning the other option at that price so you can weigh them both and choose whichever you prefer.
The D14 cooling system is about as good as it gets with air cooling, if you want more than that, you'd need to look at something like a H80/H100 liquid cooling setup from Corsair, or a similar offering from Zalman...
Last thing, if you're going to OC that board is good, if you're going to try to OC hardcore, you may want to consider something like an Asus Maximus board...they're more geared toward overclocking specifically. They're a little pricier, but if you're going to OC, the added stability would be worth it.
