Is it safe to OC my i5 3570k?

Would it be okay to OC my i5 3570k with the Thor V2(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147053) and Hyper 212 Evo (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099) without any extra/custom fans added?
