How do you go into a router and block all possible movie downloading sites. I went into it today and put up a block on services port 1024-65534, does that work? If that doesn't work what does? Or if I have to I can use a list of all sites if anyone has one and just go in and manually block them, might take a while, but I don't care really. I'm tired of asking a person to not use my internet connection to download illegal movies from the internet. Though after I cut Wifi and locked the 2 free cable ports it seems to have sunk in. But I don't want people being sneaky. Because the next step is throwing them out of the house and they cant afford to live on their own.

You can't block *all* movie d/l sites. New ones pop up all the time.
Block them from your PC (password), and or block their MAC address at the router.

If you want to go all out, build a Linux based gateway box. untangle, SmoothWall, or similar. Static internal IP addresses, and only certain IPs/MAC addresses have certain privs.

Assuming they are non-relative adults, talk to them...."Once more and you're out!"
Block the human, not the device or protocol.

Got it I just blocked all ports on the router for any PCs that are not mine.
