First time build Nothing turns on...

Hey guys, Ive done everything like mount the cpu, the mobo, the ram, the gpu, the hdd, and the power supply. When i turn it on theres only a little green light on my gpu that lights up. No fans turn on and no lights turn on. I have the 24 pin connected and the 4 pin connected to power the mobo/cpu and the gpu is plugged into the psu.

My mobo is a MSI H77MA-G43
Radeon 7770 2gb
Antec earthwatts 650 watts psu
1TB wd black
2x4gb signature ram
Intel g2120 3.1ghz
Cooler Master 430 case

Please help Nothing is working...

I have stand off screws..but didnt use them..was that a noob mistake? and ive switched the power button around multiple times following the book that came with the msi mobo. and it still didnt work.
