Is it possible to add a graphics cards to my computer?

Acer Aspire PT.SED02.010 Desktop Computer
Windows 7 Professional (64 bit)
Pentium Dual-Core CPU E5700@3.00GHz
Intel(R) G45/G43 Express Chipset
4.00 GB RAM

I've heard that it's too small, but figured I'd ask the pros. ;)

Thanks in advance.

Here's the full listing of power supplies that will fit the case:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007657+600014004&QksAutoSuggestion=&ShowDeactivatedMark=False&Configurator=&IsNodeId=1&Subcategory=58&description=&hisInDesc=&Ntk=&CFG=&SpeTabStoreType=&AdvancedSearch=1&srchInDesc=

I picked out the 400W as having the most power to supply a video card, though if you aimed lower than the 7750 a 350 or 300W might get by. If you went that route with a less demanding GPU this would be the best (because SeaSonic is a great brand name for PSUs)

Acer's web site has no listing for that model number. are you sure it is correct?

they are upgradeable but what are you looking to upgrade? CPU, GPU, PSU, RAM? the level of upgradeability will depend on what you want to do. Most times it is better to build a new one instead of upgrading something that old.
