I would like to have some final opinions on this build before I start putting money down. My main question is with the hard drive and which one I should get. I'm not too fond of the one I have. If you've helped me before then you've done enough (You know who you are :p)

I would take the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO over that cooler at the same price.

I would also take a western digital blue over the barracuda any day of the week - it's only a few bucks more, but has a way better warranty, and the barracuda runs noisy and hot.

Other than that, it looks perfect.

Grab the Hyper 212 EVO, it's better and about the same price.
Grab the Western Digital Blue 1tb 7200rpm. It's the same price but WD is more reliable than Seagate.
If you can, try getting the Sapphire 7870XT. It's usually about the same price, but it goes out quick. If you can't grab one, the Powercooler version is still a good choice.
Ditch the cheap speakers. Monitors with built in speakers will have about the same quality. You can get this one for $100: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/hannspree-monitor-he225dpb Or grab a better quality for $130: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-ve228h
You can grab the Logitech MK120 keyboard and mouse combo, which is the wired version of the MK260. Wired is better than wireless, but if you need wireless for convenience, just stick with the MK260.
