I have windows 7 64bit, can I downgrade to IE8?

I require IE8 as my work requires this. I currently have IE10 is there any way to downgrade to IE8?? I think Win 7 was pre-loaded with IE 9.

Thanks

More about windows 64bit downgrade ie8
  1. Windows 7 comes with IE8; IE9 and 10 are updates to Windows 7

TO downgrade, simply uninstall IE10. Go to the Control Panel, to Programs and Features and click "view installed updates" In the list of updates that comes up right-click IE10 and select "uninstall"
  2. You might have to repeat the process if it reverts to IE9 after removing IE10
  3. Please you google chrome for personal use after you downgrade IE to 8. I deal with tomany viruses with customers using out dated web browsers. I haven't have a problem with IE10 yet, but IE8 kept me bizzy. So use IE8 for work and Chrome for personal. PLEASE

    Thanks buddy.
  5. I followed the instruction, but in the list did not see IE related one. Please help.
  6. When you look in Internet Explorer's Help>About menu, what version does it say you actually have?
