Hey guys i'm new here to the forums and I just Got a new gaming PC and just overclocked my 3570k and my 7950 and was wondering two things.

1. Is a 4ghz OC good with 1.048 voltage? Is the voltage too high?
2. Is there a way to make sure my OC is stable and that I did it right?
Thanks in advance

Your voltage is actually really good there.
You still have some headroom if you want to go higher (depending on temps), but 4ghz is a good place to be.

To test your OC, you'll want a stability test. Something like Prime95 for 12-24 hours should do it. You could also use Linpack or Intel burn test. Whatever you use, make sure you're monitoring temps the whole time. At your clock and voltage those shouldn't be an issue, but you always want to keep an eye on those when OC'ing.
