Motherboard (Old Computer Settings Restored.)

Recently my motherboard got replaced but a computer guy. but i'm not sure if he actually fixed it , because my old settings are still the same. Like background pictures and other Files were still there. I thought it would be deleted.

Replacing the motherboard won't change OS or what's within the hard-drive. He might have looked what settings you had and therefore modified the original bios-settings to the ones you made.

I however I suggest you ask him what he fixed.
