Well here you go :) I'm glad that my "Budget" build is getting some lovin' :)

Now I'm assuming you don't need an OS or Monitor, since you didn't mention those?

The Intel build is a good one for the $, but with RAM prices skyrocketing these days, I dropped down the amount to 4 gb's (which is good for this build budget).

AMD build is also a good one. It has a Quad core CPU and can OC to higher levels (pretty easily), if you have the inkling to do so.

Another thought is that we could save your RAM that you currently have and use it on the new build, it's up to you. That would allow a few other parts to be upgraded, but that would be your call.

Just caught your edit about shopping only from Flipkart. Is there a comparable $ amount (how much Rs.) that we would need to know?

if needed ,YES

what i have:- seagate baracuda @7200rpm -500gb
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9
maybe i should buy one more of that ram and use dual channeling ? better performance i guess,
all other things won't be of much use, maybe a SSD for boot drive and keep my old hdd for gaming storage ? only games no photoshop and other stuff

Yov do know that in India these parts will cost way over his budget. For eg- the i3 3220 costs abov 130$ in India and the Sapphire hd 7850 1 gb cost over 250$. Are you surprised to see the Prices?

Well with FlipKart's limited selection and prices, here is what I came up with to try and fit the budget as close as possible. You might have to do some shopping at other vendors, but this is as close to 30k that I can get without compromising too much.

Rs. 6116
AMD 3.6 GHz AM3+ FX4100 Processor

Rs. 5544
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 Motherboard

Rs. 7500
Gainward NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

Rs. 2508
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9)

Rs. 2131 <---- When in stock, currently it's OOS (out of stock)
Cooler Master Elite 310 Cabinet (Red)

Rs. 2587
Corsair VS450 450 Watt PSU

Rs. 3174
WD Caviar Blue 500 GB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (WD5000AAKX)

If I have done my math right, it comes to = Rs. 29560!!!
Obviously you will have to wait for the case to come in or find a case that fits within ~Rs. 2471 to max out your build price of Rs. 30k.

All of the parts listed above are support by the Mobo (I checked) and you should have no issues with all of the parts (assuming there aren't any manufacturing defects).

* edit * I forgot the DVD drive!!!! That puts the budget over Rs. 30k!!
Rs. 1008
LiteOn IHAS124-04 DU DVD Burner Internal Optical Drive

Total build cost after adding DVD drive = ~Rs. 30,568

If you can't afford that I would drop the GPU down to the 6670 to fit within the budget.
Rs. 4909
Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6670 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card

Total with 6670 GPU would be ~Rs. 28,000

The problem with dropping down the GPU to the 6670 is you drop your gaming ability, so it's up to you on what you want to do.

A Mistake

OP already said that he had a 500gb HDD and 4gb ram. So if you drop then he would save atleast Rs 5650 and that could go towards a better gpu or CPU.

Well to honest, it took me over 30 min. to find all of the parts for the build and try and make it fit within the 30k build limit. I wasn't aware that the OP was going to use some of the current parts, so I assumed (at the time) that this was a total complete build, minus the OS, keyboard, mouse, & monitor.

Intel i3 3220 - Rs. 7236
ASRock Z77 Pro 3 Motherboard - Rs. 7419
Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card - Rs. 15148

i think i should get these and wait till i can save more money to buy the other things , atleast i wont regret i could have waited and buy thaaaat....rest all other i can buy later....

one more question guys ....1 gb gpu vs 2gb gpu[any difference in gaming ?]
and one of my frnd sugested me a ssd as a boot drive..does it help ?

Those are good options, but here is something to consider:

* What if you buy those part today and next week the parts drop in price?
* What if you buy some parts now and 2 months later you buy the other parts (to complete the build) and you find out that you have some parts (from the original purchase) that are bad. Are you able to return the parts to FlipKart for return or do you have to deal with the manufacturer directly?

The i3 3220, z77 Pro, & the 7850 are all good selections, but I'd personally get the AMD FX 6100 CPU. It OC's easily and also has 6 cores (I know they are only 2 x 3 modules) and would be more beneficial in multitasking situations over the i3 3220, IMHO. It's up to the OP on which way to go, but we are giving you some things to think about, so you can make an informed decision.

confused...confused...confused

let me talk to my dad and couple of frnds for some money

:within 30 days, yes i can return to flipkart but after that only manufacturer can save me
:has anyone shipped anything from newegg to india ? any reviews about the service ?[it can save a lot of money]

At stock settings they trade blows, depending on the game/app.
Anand's comparison chart

The bonus that the AMD 6100 has is it can OC and the Intel i3 3220 can't, so the 6100 can surpass stock settings without spending any more on it. Of coarse you would be better off with an aftermarket CPU HSF to help keep things cooler or to allow more OC'ing head room :)
