Are these parts compatible?

Im building my first pc and was wondering if these parts will work together.

Already Purchased:
Case: COOLER MASTER CENTURION 6

CPU: AMD FX-8350

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz (PC3 12800)

To Be Purchased.
Mother Board: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3

Graphics Card: Sapphire HD7850 GHZ OC EDITION

PSU: COOLER MASTER GX 750W 80PLUS BRONZE

Will i have any comparability issues with these parts? Thanks

Fine, though CoolerMaster don't have the best record/reputation for PSUs. 750W is also horribly overkill.

I assume that the FSP is a cheap brand that is more likely to damage my pc.

SeaSonic is probably one of the best brands out there.

FSP is a bit lower down the chain, but still fairly reputable.

Both are overkill though.
