Nedd help
please suggest quickly

Solution
The thing is not unless you are going to upgrade your power supply it really wont work out. I can recommend old gpu models though I'm not sure if it is still in stock or if there are still any for sale. You can go with HD 6670 or, GT 520 or even the 630 that you want. But if you are going to push through it, it may even kill the card. So the best thing to do is to save some and buy the HD 6670 and a new psu. Semi-future proof.

The psu can handle that card and that is correct, being said that is also the minimum. Though if you really want to make sure that everything will work perfect I suggest get something over what they actually said. Also you didn't give us the brand of your psu so it might came with the box or generic that doesn't really give out a complete power for the components that you have.

May I suggest you to take an extra precaution and buy atleast a 400 W + w/ 80 bronze seal psu.
Here's an example > http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151074

If I get a GT 520 like you said Still Will my processor be able to sustain it, without getting overheated or any other serious condition. Thanks

It will, also don't worry about overheating cause the stock fans are meant to give cpu a decent amount of time before giving up. The only problem that you may have with overheating is the ambient temperature and dust that may accumulate on your filters and fans. Other than that, serious gaming it would help the cpu since its not going to think to much with your graphics.
