I have 16GB of DDR3 1333mhz RAM as part of my gaming rig and as I go through the day playing games the amount of free RAM gets down to 100mb.

At the moment I still have a lot of RAM free because I turned my PC on about 15 minutes ago. Restarting my PC releases the RAM but is there anyway of releasing it without restarting?
