If you can, I would strongly advise you to try them out for yourself.
That being said, and assuming the Microsoft Wired Controller is indeed the Xbox 360 Controller, I would go for that one. In my experience in console gaming (I'm a 50/50 PC-console guy), 3rd party controllers have dead-zone heavy joysticks. The 360's controller's joystick is responsive and the dead-zone is very small. The only thing negative about the 360 controller it is the directional pad; it's a rotational pad, not individual buttons. This makes it hard to get precise, on-the-fly inputs. It really sucks for fighting games (and Logitech's one looks eerily similar...). The Thrustmaster's pad looks very good at first glance.
So... if you plan on using the directional pad often, get the Thrustmaster. If not, then I'd go with the 360 controller.
