Hi there, I just upgraded my g630 to a 3570k and and it is only running 2 cores. Is there a way to make it run 4 cores because in the bios it has 4 cores selected. Would it have to do with im using the same hard drive and windows as i was using with the g630, Thanks.

sorry I didn't see that you have them all checked in the bios *brainfart* try this mate. Windows key + R to bring up run prompt- type MSCONFIG . Boot tab - Advanced options... - Number of processors , make sure that is unchecked. Press OK and reboot

It shows 2 cores in task manager and dxdiag.
