I have a Antec true power 650 watt.
And other question, will my hard drive samsung hd642jj cause bottlenecking?
Here are my specs
i7 920
Radeon hd 4870(may be a upgrade to 460 gtx hawk)
antec truepower 650 watt
msi pro x58-e
samsung hd642jj
4 gb ram 1600 mhz
Or which other bottlenecks?

And when i got to that guy, where do i pay attention to when i buy the GPU?

psu should be ok then

hard drive should be ok--its 7200rpm

the gtx460 is better than 4870 but not sure its a huge amount better

so the cost should come into whether to buy it

and if buying it second hand you want to see it running really if you are collecting it

You'll want to run a game or two on it at least. Maybe one of those artifact checker.

As mentioned the 460 isn't much faster then the 4870. It might not be worth your money. Speaking of which I just sold my eVGA 256bit 460 for $70. I wouldn't pay more then that for a 460.

with my current GPU i can play games like call of duty on highest settings with like 70-80 fps.
yes i do notice that the 460 is slightly better, but the problem is my current gpu cant run very well ,for instance i ran it in uningine heaven, and it got like 3 fps on Extreme, why is it running fine in games, and crap in uningine?

And the owner told me ,the reason he was selling the 460 because of a upgrade to a 650ti, this isnt really a upgrade right, benchmarks showed me that the 650ti is slightly better. This is a bit suspicious to me.
thanks

It's a small upgrade. I briefly considered the 650TI as an upgrade but didn't feel the $150 was worth the small bump in performance. (I went with a 7950.) Uningine is just a synthetic test. Just because you get 3FPS in there doesn't mean much. Its like when you run 3dmark 06 and your CPU spits out 1FPS on the CPU tests. Doesn't mean you'll get 1FPS in games, just on that one test you scored 1FPS.

I'm not saying the card is bad. But if you can get a test time just fire up games and try to get it hot. If you can game on it you should be fine.
