I'm trying to upgrade my Windows Vista laptop to Windows 7. My laptop had issues a few weeks ago and became corrupt. I am currently trying to upgrade from Vista to 7 using an OEM Windows 7 upgrade disc.
It starts up and says "loading files" and then goes to a screen with the Windows logo and says "Starting Windows". It is gets hung up on this screen though and the upgrade doesn't continue...
Any ideas for a solution?
