The first thing I would check is drivers for Windows - if you are in control panel, type in the search box "device manager" and select device manager from the list. See if you have any invalid drivers/hardware installed (yellow triangle). If so, you will need to install/update those drivers.

2nd - make sure you have the most current drivers installed.

If all drivers are installed properly and updated, there may be a power issue when connecting peripherals. Adding USB devices pull extra power from the PSU, and it may create issues with the system.

Make sure that your components are connected properly, the ram might not be connected properly, whcih can sometimes cause blue screen.

If this don't work, write down the STOP code wich comes up on the blue screen, and have a look around on the internet to find out the source of the problem.

That BSOD typically means some sort of HW issue; maybe motherboard? PSU may also be underpowered, depending on your HW, which could cause the issue.

If you have access to another power supply - try that first. You will need one of equal or higher wattage to test (higher would be better - as it may be underpowered).

All I can find is a notebook computer with that model number. If it is a standard desktop ATX case, then a standard power supply should work...
