Just finished building my new pc and im very happy with it. However, i have dual monitors one plugged into the Gpu and its running beautifully the other is plugged into the motherboard. The monitor plugged into the motherboard isnt being detected. The monitor is a vga connector whether that has anything to do with it. The dual monitors where working perfectly fine on my old pc? Thanks!

Need more info such as motherboard and cpu and video card.
Chances are your video card has a dvi slot looks like this:
You would need a dvi to vga adapter that looks like this to plug vga monitor into it they cost anywhere form 5-10 dollars.
