This is my final system conf:

SAPPHIRE TECHNOLOGY Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition - 2 GB GDDR5 - PCI-Express 3.0
ASRock 970 Extreme3 AM3+ ATX
CORSAIR RAM DDR3 CORSAIR DDR3 8GB 1600Mhz Vengeance CL8[2x4GB][CMZ8GX3M2A1600C8]
AMD FX-8320 Black Edition - 3,5 GHz - Socket AM3+ (FD8320FRHKBOX)
SEAGATE Barracuda 7200.14 ST1000DM003 3,5" - 1 TB
Case Cooler Master k280

About the PSU in my price range I can find this one from my choosen reseller

Corsair Cx600 (not v2)
Lc-power LC7600
LC-Power LC6650GP3 V2.3
Lepa w600sa

None of them are in the AMD list of certified PSU AMD Certified Power Supplies, but still I need to have a choice.

Suggestions?

You are right, it's the new model, code 9020048.
I think anyway can be a problem: the VGA request http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/?cid=1&gid=3&sgid=1160&pid=1700&psn=&lid=1&leg=0# 2x75w 6 pin power connector, this PSU is declared with 2x8 pin connector, will be ok anyway?

Corsair uses (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors on their power supply units. They can be used as either a 6-pin or an 8-pin connector depending on your needs.

^ Yep they will be 6+2 pin connectors.
