Ok sorry i forgot

CPU -I5- 2500k 3.3 GHz
8GB ram
Geforce 680 gtx gigabyte x3
Windows 7 ultimate

Games i got problems, all that i have installed so :
Guild wars 2, Assassins Creed 3, Bioshock Infinite, The Witcher 2 EE,Tomb Raider,
I play at 1080p all games were set on high or ultra and they were running fine

roll back to old drivers then. SOmething else to try is get msi afterburner and monitor your gpu mhz, i suspect its not coming out of power save mode and the clock speed is not increasing to its full speed. probably a driver clash with whatever card/bios you have. just roll back to old drivers. also check your gpu manufacturers website for a bios update to see if there are any bug fixes available. Also if your running any Lucid Virtu software, remove it, it often causes fps problems.

You could try turning off 2d mode. Sometimes games do not get properly recognized by the video card and therefore it keeps your card running at the standard 2d mode. I have seen this multiple times. Sometimes my card does this when I run tf2 just because it does not need nearly the amount of power that it has. The other end is that the card could possibly be bad. Try running msi afterburner and seeing if it is properly scaling you gpu core speed as that may be the easiest issue to resolve.

Just noticed that my gpu o idle is 64C!!!its an gigabyte x3 it never was that hot while idle, usually it was 25-35 C on load it never went over 70 C!!!!
Tomorrow i'll plug it in to my friends pc and i'll let you guys know...damn it....

Would you put 87 octane in your Ferrari?
Ripple and spikes on your rails will degrade your components downstream. Cheap supplies often skimp out on filtering, over-current/over-voltage protections.
BigMack70 went bold on you but, you should thank him for the lesson, especially if you can still salvage your video card. If not, welcome to learning the hard way and I say that as a member =)

What about load temps? Sounds like thermal throttling.

well, first before doing all that, I would compare and contrast what your pc and your friend's pc have in common, and then I would look at how they are differant, and then try to base a conclusion off of that based on how your gpu acts on his and yours
