Only hear sound out of left ear

I install my asrock z77 extreme 4 HD Audio drivers and when I plug any earphones or headset in I get sound only out of my left ear.

Rosewill Mid gaming atx gaming tower (case)
asrock z77 extreme 4 (motherboard)

Possible problems:

1. Volume on right side is set to zero
2. Bad headphones - try them in another device
3. Bad jack - try another set of phones in that jack
4. Reinstall the drivers
