Fan speed on Hyper 212

Currently my bios has set my cpu fan to full on and I get a idle temp of 35 °C but I also have the option to set it to automatic and give it a set point temperature. What is my best option?

I am looking at a second fan for the tower also.

Set it to automatic with the trip point around 45c. That is what I do. Much quieter then full on.

Awesome, I thought that would be a better idea but I didn't know a good set point.
