If you are buying 8 to upgrade it's probably cheapest to buy the upgrade version from a store on disk and create USB install from disk http://pcsupport.about.com/od/windows-8/a/install-windows-8-usb.htm If you have Win 8 and want to re-install and have a valid product key try this download link (It's from a Pro Upgrade) http://web.esd.microsoft.com/W8DL/DFB736WD8A9DFB5B1D8DFD92C5B1DSEC5B18956/Windows8-Setup.exe (Let me know if it works, you'll need your product key to download)
