i got this same problem, atleast my PC specs are high end type. 2Case fan 12cm; 1 i7 cpu with scythe Katana, 150GB main HDDwith 60GB cache SSD linked; 2/3TB HDD detected on my pc, 850 WATT PCU, Win 7 Pro x64; 20GB ram, all used for VRAM;motherboard ASRock Zpro 55 and AMD HD 7870 Any idea? i play video and this happens

Sorry maybe i should explain it in more detailed way.
I watch video from sites such as cartoons. But they use like Veoh, AuEn vFun,4upv44,vBam,uUp2,Daily motion and much more, but that message appears in all those web player. And it doesn't appear in VLC and WMP. As for games i don't see it either.
In full screen in all those Web media players they do not show that message, although that is only on my main screen. Second screen ful screen mode still shows it.
