Bf3 FPS help

Hello, pretty new to pc gaming in general and was wondering if I could get some help. Basically I need help upgrading my computer so I can get maybe a stable 60 FPS on BF3.
Specs:
AMD Athlon 64 x2 5200+
3gb ram ddr2
HD radeon 6870
Any help would be greatly appreciated on what to get first or the whole process and best suggestions! :wahoo:

Ouch, ok you need to upgrade the CPU, mobo and RAM. Possibly PSU as well.

That would be my suggestion. This will allow some nice overclocking if you add a nice CPU cooler later.

Just check and post your EXACT power supply model so we can check if its still good. Your graphics card is still decent at that resolution.
