I have a desk top with all my movies on it, I run XBMC, Windows 7. I'm looking for something to play my movies in my bedroom without having to burn them. I would like it to run Xbmc. with 1080p . I would like to keep the cost low seeing as im only using this to watch movies.

Do you have a PS3/360? If so, just stream over your network from PC library. Easiest way. Or if you have a Blu-Ray that will support it.

If you have a router that supports a harddrive storage device you can hook that up and just stream from that as well. Lots of differant ways if you have any of those devices.
