Good Gaming/Video Editing PC?

I´d wait for Haswell.

As for the build you´ve listed, you won´t need an i7 for gaming, as an i5 will do the job.

16 Gb RAM is not really necessary.

800W PSU only if you´re planing to SLI the card, but if you want to overclock the CPU, then get a 850W PSU.

I wouldn't wait for Haswell. The only thing that's changing is power consumption, and maybe 2-3% performance increase. Nothing really to wait for. And the OP listed he's doing video editing, so hyper-threading is a must. Plus why not get the i7 if he has the budget?

I agree, hyperthreading is a must. If you want the threads without spending all the dough, I say go for the Intel Xeon 1230v2 cpu. Almost as fast as the 3770 and runs 8 threads. The more memory the better if you are editing video. I have 32GB on my rig with a 16GB ram disk for editing.
