1) budget is in the $250-$400 range
2) 24" or 27" monitor
3) picture quality and colors are most important
4) 3D is optional, never tried it before with games
5) I use a GTX 680
I'm looking to upgrade my 23" Samsung XL2370-1 monitor that I've had for a couple years now. I'd like to get a gaming monitor in the 24" - 27" range. 3D isn't a must have. I'm more interested in picture quality and colors than anything else. I'm not a competitive junky but I play my fair share of online FPSs. I'd say the majority of the time I play single-player games like RPGs.
My budget is in the $250-$400 range. I'm hoping to find something in the mid-$300 range though. I use a GTX 680 for my graphics card. Oh and I'll be sitting a little over 2 and a half feet away from my monitor, if that has any impact on the 27" monitors or not.
