palit GTX 650 ti compatible with gigabyte ga-h61m-ds2 ?

Planning to buy a pc with this motherboard but it comes with a(optional) palit gt 630 gpu and its not a good gpu for playing games like bf3 on high. The motherboard has a x16 PCI express slot 2.0(idk) but i dont know if its compatible with the palit gtx 650 ti it says that it need a PCI-E 3.0 x16. so is it compatible?

This are the specs of the cpu package i'm planning to buy
Intel i3 3220 3.30MHz
the gigabyte motherboard
arsenal 600w/ fortress 700w (don't know if its a reliable brand)
I didn't put it all but the mobo and psu are the ones im concern of.

  1. All PCI-E is backwards compatible so that card and board will work fine together. Just make sure you have a good 430w or better power supply.
  2. The GTX 650ti will work in a PCIe 2.0 slot, a PCIe 3.0 will yield no performance benefits for you as PCIe 2.0 isn't even fully saturated yet.
