question regarding oc and psu

my build :

CPU: i5 3570k

Mobo: AsRock z77 extreme4

HDD: 500g WD Caviar Blue

SSD: Crucial m4

RAM: G.Skill ARES 8gb (2x4gb) DDR3 1600/PC3-12800 (F3-1600C9D-8GAO)

GPU: Sapphire HD7970 OC ed

PSU: Seasonic M12II 620W

ODD: Lite-on IHas 524-T08 24x DvDW

ATX: Storm Scout II

Display: ASUS VS239H-P

Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo Turbo Dual Fan

QUESTIONS:

im planning to lower my PSU wattage going with seasonic g550 :)

should i do it? or stick with m12II 620w? planning to OC around 4.0-4.2

how much wattage would be added? also with full fans on storm scout II can a 550w do it? regarding my cooler will it give the temp i needed with 4.0-4.2 OC?

The cooler is fine; a LOT of people have combined the Core i5-3570K and Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo.

As for the PSU... Either's a good choice to be honest. The 620W might be slightly more prepared for any hardware upgrades, but still it's just 3A more on the 12V rail. The G550 is a newer design and probably a bit higher quality... I suppose I might go for the G550 if I had to choose.
