is this configuration enough for gaming at 1366x768 at medium settings and i wont be upgrading for 3 years

will hd 7750 last for 3 years i don't mind turning settings to low

i wont be overclocking

i have 8gb(2x4gb) ram

gigabyte b75 MoBo

The HD 7750 is not really a gaming card. Try to stretch your budget and get at least a HD 7770. If you could get the i5 and a HD7790 or GTX 650Ti Boost, that will last 3 years easily. If you play MMOs, stick with the i5, if not you can get the i3 3220 and spend more money on the GPU.
