3. which company is the company that made ths graphic card that i want?
4. please give me some advices about what i wrote above.

thnx:)

The cpu will come with a cooler. Since you won't be overclocking you can stick with the stock one. The only reason to get a different one would be if you live in a very warm climate or want a quieter fan. You want dual channel memory. Look for a 2x4GB set. HDD is fine. GPU is fine. Case is fine. Psu is a no go. Look for Corsair, seasonic, antec, PCP&C, ocz, or nzxt. 500 W or more will be fine as long as it has 2 6 pin pcie connectors. You didn't mention a store so I don't know what is available to you.

1.) See above.
2.)I'd say around $800. I just did a rough estimate in my head.
3.)Sapphire, Asus, MSI, and Gigabyte make good cards.
4.)see above.

If you had a store/budget in mind we could help more.

So, the Zalman 7000 isn't necessary. I would drop it in favor of 8GB of RAM instead of 4GB. The Cooler that comes with the i5-3470 is just fine to use as you won't be able to overclock anyway.

Otherwise the computer looks good. I would check to make sure the Power Supply has 2 PCIe 6-Pin Connectors. If it only has one, you'll have to use a Molex to PCIe 6-Pin adapter to power the 7870XT.

Pricewise in the US:
CPU+Motherboard - $300
RAM - $50
Video Card - $250
Hard Drive - $80
Disc Drive - $20
PowerSupply+Case - $125
Estimate: $825

As far as the Video Card brand is concerned. I'd see if you can get one from Saphire. And if not them, then PowerColor.

While FSP generally makes decent PSU's, I would go with a Corsair or Seasonic of at least 500w. I would go with 8gb (2x4gb) of ram as well. Don't really need the cooler, but it doesn't hurt. Would be much better than the stock one. If you live in a warm climate, it is a good idea.

from what i understand from your answers, thw cpu have abuild on cooler that comes with it. the cooler actualy very important to me, baceuse my compuer now make a noise that i cant handle, and i want as much as quiet computer, and besides, cooler does not cost very much.

another thing, in the future i want to add another 4G stick to the memory, in the currnet situation i cant add it? why? there is any Requirements?

the power source is Enough?

what is psu?

i didnt mention it, but i wont be the who will build the computer, the one who wiil is someone who understand about computers.

PSU is power supply/power source as you put it. I would get a Corsair CX 500w at the very least. The one you chose is very inefficient. The CPU does come with a cooler, aftermarket one would be quieter and the CPU would run cooler. You want to run two sticks of ram for dual channel to work. You will be hurting your performance otherwise. Everything else on your list looks good.
