i am having confusion that
sapphire HD 7870 XT (Tahiti)
has memory interface of 256bit with 6000Mhz

&
nvidia GTX 660ti
has 192bit with 6006Mhz

Well both cards are good but 7870 XT is more better than 660ti I think so, plz tell me if i am wrong.

Here my question is which is more future proof ..?

plz reply ...thanks in advance...:)

they both mostly perform same, but hd 7870 is at less price + better oc room so my choice would be hd 7870xt as it just kisses gtx 660ti and hd 7950 in performance.

Good lucK!

Engineers select different specs to produce a graphics card to meet their price/performance objectives.
It is useless to use specs as a selection criteria. Cards in the same price tier will perform about the same.
It takes a benchmark to detect the differences. Even then, FPS benchmarks do not tell the whole story.

7870XT is cheaper, thus the better buy.

However, good luck finding it in stock.

MSI doesn't have one.

The only ones I know are the SAPPHIRE and Powercolor. I think the 3D Club Joker 7870 is an LE one, anyone else know?
