HI!!
I've been planning a long time what pc i should buy or build that is good enough for gaming that is cheap. I found this local store in my country they are selling cpu packages and i found a intel i5 3570 package and this are the specs it comes with

cpu : intel i5 3570
mobo : gigabyte ga-b75m-hd3
ram : 4gb ddr3 1333memory
hdd: western digital caviar blue 500gb sata3
case : arsenal with window / fortress casing
psu : arsenal 600w/ fortress 700w

with keyboard and mouse
and a optional videocard addons
im getting the palit gtx 650 ti the oc edition or the normal one which i know is good for gaming

the only thing stopping me to buy are the cases with psu i think my choice is the fortress but i don't know if its good so pls tell me.

If those PSUs have little voltage switches on them, they are probably inefficient and overrated at best (good for 70%-75% of their labels, max), and cheap Chinese junk at worst, that will die violently under load, possibly taking attached parts with them into the fiery abyss.
Are PSU upgrades available? What are your choices?
